xx The Story So Far

^{The year is 1998. The world is coming to an end. That's why they're building the City, to save the human race. We don't have very long. Some say that a lotter will be held, to see who can enter the City. Others say that whoever gets there first gets to stay. The City officials won't tell us yet.

It's December 31, 1999. Months ago the City officials told us that a lottery was to be held to see who entered the City. 2 days ago the last lottery was held, I was the one who won. We all know what is going to destroy the world outside the City. It's a computer virus called the Y2K. It'll destroy everything. Except the City and everyone in it. We'll be safe. The virus is to strike the second the new millennium comes. 5... 4... 3... 2... 1...

The year is 2000. Everything is gone from this world. Except the City, it still stands. Now we, the survivors, will go out into the world to re-populate it. So the City will be empty once again. Eventualy it will get destroyed. Only the ruins will be left, and if the Rapture is to come again then all hope will be lost.

Is there anyway to save the City?}
